We want you to love our Veloura pieces - but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Returns:

• Within 5 days.
• Items must be returned in their original form, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
• Ensure it's free of stains, makeup.

Refunds: 

• Once we receive and inspect your item your refund will be processed within a week.
• Will be refunded via InstaPay if the item is eligible for a return.

Shipping costs:

• If your return arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll gladly cover all return shipping costs.
